Whether you would love one of our designers to simply help you pull your aesthetic together for a look that is as beautiful and seamless, or you wish to have every aspect of your Wedding Day gathered, styled and beautifully composed by Holly herself, we can help you achieve your desired level of event design.
Holly Heider Chapple proudly offers three levels of Event Design and Styling opportunities for our brides. From simply Gathered or seamlessly Styled events to Gathered & Styled Full Service, brides have the opportunity to select the desired level of service that works best for their big day.

Intellectual property & event design ideas.
The Gathered option is perfect for the couple that requires a minimal amount of design guidance. Over-arcing design concepts, your aesthetic and potential vendor options will be discussed.
Starting at $1200 (event design)
The Styled option not only provides couples with a honed vision of their wedding day, but also provides them with the information they need to secure all vendors necessary to create a polished event. Guidance extends to each aspect of the wedding, including stationery, lighting and layout decisions. This option includes event rental management.
Starting at $3800 (event design)
Gathered & Styled
For our most discerning brides, we offer Gathered & Styled by Holly Heider Chapple.
* This esteemed service includes logistical management (we will provide a sub contracted planner under this service), theme development, and curation of your overall vision.
Consultation in choosing vendors such as photographer, videographer, caterer, venue, rentals, a stationer, cake, hair/makeup, etc.
*Consultation and assistance in choosing all details such as linens, tables, chairs, tableware, and all other rental props and components.
* Create inspiration/ design board documents.
* Site Survey. This service includes site visits with the client as needed.
* Managing ceremony layout, design and execution.
* Managing cocktail hour layout, design and execution.
* Managing reception layout - we will produce, publish and distribute layout of event floor plan in electronic format to client and vendors as needed. This software can be used by client for guest seating.
* Help with conclusion of the event and guaranteeing all rentals are accounted for.
*Please note that Holly herself is not an Event Planner- she is an Event Designer. HHC has a specific list of Event Planners that work in conjunction with the studio.
